Here are the events for the reunion:
FRIDAY, JUNE 13th:
REGISTRATION:
All day at De Smet Flowers. If you register online or by mail, you will need to go to one of the registration sites to pick up your lanyard. Registration can let your friends and classmates know that you’re in town. Please note that you are not required to register or purchase a lanyard. You can just attend. The lanyard will be required if you are attending the banquet or dance.
9:00 am
ALUMNI GOLF TOURNAMENT:
9am registation at the Kingsbury County Golf Course. Registration is $50 per person. Teams are 3-5 players. You may contact Blaine Beck for details: [email protected]
ALL DAY:
Socialize and mill around town. Find familiar and new places while you catch up with friends, new and old. You can plot and prepare your float for Saturday’s parade as well!
SATURDAY, JUNE 14th:
9:00 am
5K RUN/WALK:
Entry fee $25 – entry for giveaway prizes, swag bag, and T-Shirt.

REGISTRATION:
Registration for alumni continues at the De Smet Event Center. Register from 10am to 2pm. If you register online or by mail, you will need to go to one of the registration sites to pick up your lanyard.
9:00 am – 11:00 am
SCHOOL TOURS:
Tours of both schools will be conducted from 9am to 11am. Take a light trip down memory lane. Many changes have been made, including a new elementary school. It isn’t just brick and mortar, anymore!
10:00 am – 3 pm
CAR SHOW:
Old Settlers’ Day Show and Shine! Bring your labor of love and talk cars from 10am to 3pm at Washington Park. Setup time is 9am. Awards will be presented at 2:30pm. All vehicles are welcome! For more information, contact Mike Johnson: (605)371-6059.
12:00 pm
PARADE:
Choose your “For the Pun of It” theme and join the Old Settlers’ Day parade at 12pm. Assemble with all parade participants in the De Smet Events Center parking lot and Wilder Pass. All classes are welcome to participate as are administration, faculty, and support staff. Walking jugglers, clowns, mimes, and unicycle riders are highly encouraged!

FFA BEAN BAG TOURNAMENT:
Participation is $15 for singles and $20 for doubles. To enter, contact [email protected].
10:00 am – 4:00 pm
FAMILY FUN:
Additional activities for families will be available in Washington Park from 10am to 4pm, including inflatables, vendor fair, food, and music.
5:00 pm
BANQUET:
The social hour begins at 5pm, and dinner will be served at 6pm. The dance, featuring Mogen’s Heroes, will be from 7:30pm to 11pm.
SUNDAY, JUNE 15th:
9:00 am – 1:00 pm
BREAKFAST:
American Legion pancake breakfast at the American Legion from 9am to 1pm.
10:00 am
ECUMENICAL CHURCH SERVICE:
The ecumenical church service will be held at 10am at the De Smet Event Center theater.
3:00 pm
ENTERTAINMENT:
“A Tribute to Patsy Cline” by Amberley Beatty will be presented at 3pm at the De Smet Event Center. Tickets will be available at the Event Center. For ticketing information, call (605) 854-6060.
